When purchasing costumes, there is no option to return them unless there was an error in sending the
wrong costume, an incorrect size, or a manufacturing defect. The "Rent" option is essentially a way to
buy costumes that are almost like new. Customers have the choice to keep the costume, or if they prefer,
they can return it within the specified dates after using it. Upon receiving the returned costume, we will
refund the Rs. 500 security deposit. However, if the costume is not returned, we will forfeit the security
deposit.
Please note that the costumes and dresses shown in the banner images are for representation purposes
only. We cannot guarantee the availability of these specific costumes. For an accurate representation of
what you will receive, please refer to the product page images and the product description. Be aware
that there may be minor color differences due to lighting and image capture, as well as variations in
included accessories.
We apologize, but we no longer accept orders with COD. COD (Cash on Delivery) lets you pay with
cash at the time of delivery. This option was previously available in limited Pincodes.

FancyAttire takes extra care in making its costumes and maintaining them. We expect the same care
from our customers. As security for our costume, a security fee is charged.
The security deposit is refundable after the rental charge is deducted from the total payment amount. If
the costume is returned without any tears, damage, or dirt, and all accessories are intact, the full security
deposit will be refunded. However, if there are any issues with the costume or accessories, relevant
charges will be deducted, and any remaining balance will be refunded. The final decision regarding the
security deposit will be made by the FancyAttire team and its management, and customers are expected
to accept this decision. Our team assures you that deductions from the security deposit will only be made
if necessary, and we will act in good faith throughout the process.from our customers. As security for our costume, a security fee is charged.
The security deposit is refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.
The security deposit refund process begins as soon as the dress is received and inspected for any
damage. The return of the costume typically takes about 5 to 10 days, though occasional delays may
occur. Once the refund is initiated, your bank should credit the money to your account within 7 working
days.

If there is a size issue, we offer a one-day exchange policy after delivery for all customers who purchase
costumes from the FancyAttire online store. We strive to prevent size mismatches by providing a detailed
size chart. We recommend ordering based on the child's growth rather than their actual age. To qualify
for an exchange, the costume tag must remain intact, and all original packaging should be preserved.
Merchandise that is unwashed, unused, or defective may be exchanged if stock is available. In the event
of a return, please ensure that the tags and original packaging are intact.
Rest assured, we prioritize the quality and maintenance of our costumes. For rental orders, we may send
a refurbished product; however, all purchase orders will receive a new costume. We implement a strict
quality check procedure to ensure that our fancy dress costumes are safe for children of all ages.
