Refund and Return Policy for FancyAttire
Your Satisfaction is Our Priority. We understand that online purchases sometimes don’t go as planned. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer an easy 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, kindly submit a request through the ‘My Account’ section on our website or email us at info@fancyattire.in. Our team will process the request and arrange a pickup within 24-48 working hours. Exchanges are primarily available for size-related issues; if the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, we initiate the refund process within 2-3 working days. For Prepaid Orders (Online Payments), the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 working days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders, the refund amount will be sent to your provided Bank Account via NEFT/IMPS within 7-10 working days (accurate bank details are required). Please note that the refund covers only the product value; the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days for Metro cities and 5-7 working days for other locations. You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its live status.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders with a total value exceeding ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional handling fee of ₹50, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Damage and Loss
In the event that your product arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a full refund.
